How is Jimzzter saving energy?

Jimzzter saves energy because the screen is predominantly black, as a monitor requires more power to display a white (or light) screen than a black (or dark) screen. Remember that there is value in any form of energy savings, they all add up! I encourage everyone to start taking small steps to save energy. It’s up to us; the future is coming!

Athens, Greece August 13, 2004 - Games of the XXVIII Olympiad

The host city and organizing committee for the 2004 Olympics and Paralympics Games invited Calatrava to improve and harmonize the existing Olympics Sports Complex. I would say he accomplished just that...it was majestical during the Olympics!
